What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, sell, share, or store personal information on WANDA servers when you download or use it. Registration is not required, and the Application does not include user accounts, login, authorization, or user profile features.

Meditation Session Tracker is designed for personal routine tracking. Any meditation sessions, reflections, moods, preferences, reminders, or history that you enter in the Application are intended to remain on your device and are not transmitted to WANDA.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, WANDA does not share Application user data with third parties.

If you access the Google Play listing or interact with services provided by your device operating system, app store, browser, or network provider, those third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies. WANDA does not control those external services.

Data Retention

WANDA does not retain personal data from normal use of the Application because WANDA does not collect or store that data.

Information entered into the Application, such as meditation history, session duration, mood selections, reminders, settings, or journal notes, is intended to be stored locally on your device only. WANDA does not maintain a server-side copy of this information.

If you contact WANDA directly by email, any information you voluntarily provide in that message may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.

Data Deletion

Because WANDA does not collect or store Application data on its servers, there is no server-side Application data for WANDA to delete.

You can delete locally stored Application information directly from your device by using the Clear all history feature inside the Application, clearing the Application data through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.

If you have contacted WANDA directly by email and want any voluntarily provided contact information deleted, you may request deletion by contacting support@wandasp.it.com. WANDA will process such requests in accordance with applicable law.

What are my opt-out rights?

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no tracking opt-out is required. You may stop using the Application at any time. Uninstalling the Application removes it from your device.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher age required by applicable law in a user’s jurisdiction. WANDA does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market to them.

Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s personal data is not collected by WANDA through the Application. If a parent or guardian believes a child has voluntarily provided personal information to WANDA by email or another direct communication channel, they may contact WANDA to request deletion.

Security

Because the Application does not collect or store personal data on WANDA servers, the risk of exposure of Application user data through WANDA systems is minimized. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, app store account, and any backups or synchronization settings controlled by your device or third-party services.

Data Breach Notification

Since WANDA does not collect personal data through normal use of the Application, the risk of a data breach affecting Application user data held by WANDA is minimal. If a breach occurs involving information you voluntarily provided directly to WANDA, WANDA will notify affected users where required by applicable law.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you voluntarily provide information to WANDA and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

WANDA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, WANDA will seek consent to material changes before they take effect.
